Have you heard of tasty maori dish called Hangi? Well we made that at tech today. If you don't know me, then I am Albin, a Yr8 at YMS. So let get started.
In tech today, we were at cooking. It was our first day in this year. I was really excited about going there. At first, it was the boring part. We had to listen to lots instruction. Then the fun began. We were asked to take some utensils. Then each group was asked to cut a different vegetable each. Then we can choose whatever vegetables we want in our dish. Then we put some salt and pepper, after that we put it in oven for 45 min. Then after that time, we came back and ate our dish. It was really tasty.
